The newly developed parkinqlot on the Montgomery side of the development should be adequately screened from the residential use directly north on ~10ntgomery. Thi s area formerly a boat supply storage area wi 11 become much more actively used as auto parking and will become an increasingly difficult neighbor for those persons living in the apartment next door. Section 716 of the Zoning Ordinance would require an effective screen (fence, wall or hedqe)along the entire north line of the parking area.
