The other required permits will be obtained during construction by the Contractor. I . 2) The Contractor should start at the beginning of April and finish by the beginning of October. The Specs allow the Contractor to work from 7:00 ani to 5:00 pm M-F. Other hours of operation may be approved by me as necessary. I 3) The tallest structure is probably the generator. It is about 10 feet tall. I 4) I believe that the pump station will be visited by operations once a day. I 5) There is no landscaping plan. In fact, there is little landscaping. This project will be encompassed by the Kitsap Transit expansion and any lahdscaping will be provided then. Some of these may seem like dumb questions, but I review public works projects very rarely. I apologize if you're the wrong person to contact at Engineering, and I hope you'll forward this to whomever is the right person. 1) Is this permit just for the wetwell or for all the structures depicted on Sheet C-1 of the construction drawings? I Or perhaps "wetwell" is a catchall category for the whole thing, and I'm not getting that... 2) I see from the bid specs that this lork will be done in the summer. Do you have a rough estimate of how long it will take and what hours and days wbrk will take place, or is that up to the contractor? 3) How tall will the structures be? 4) How often does staff need to stop by the facility for repair/maintenance/monitoring? 5) I see some landscaping on the site plan. Is there a landscape plan we could have? I 6) I know you've done NEPAlSEPA, because I assume that this is part of the consent decree work.
