SUMMARY: Administration is proposing to reorganize positions in the Parks Department in order
to put more emphasis toward park maintenance due to increased park development. The
recommendation is to eliminate the position of Administrative Analyst and add 2 Parks Laborer
positions in the Parks Department and authorize a budget adjustment to reflect the proposed
reorganization.
ATTACHMENTS:
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The proposed reorganization results in one
additional FTE position to the parks budget but does not result in additional costs.
