SUMMARY: The PlanetAir Tow Aerator is a "state of the art" piece of equipment that will allow us .
to deep vent the greens without disrupting the playing surface. We currently loose around $55,000 in
Green Fee revenue with the old style of hollow Core Arification. We would be able to pick up this
lost revenue (weather permitting) with the PlanetAir. A Budget Adjustment of $28,000 would be
needed to purchase this piece of equipment.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The 2006 gold mountain golf budget did not
include this expenditure. It is recommended that a budget adjustment be made to authorize this
expenditure as it is anticipated that funding will be more than provided for in the same year by
increased revenues resulting from the reduction of time that play is disrupted. A Budget Adjustment
of $28,000 will be needed to fund this piece of equipment.
