The minimum required lot size is 4800 square feet and the minimum required width of the lot is 50 feet. lour subject lot is 30 feet by 100 feet with an area of 3,000 square feet. The house was built in the 1920's and the lot was created in 1891, both acts occurred before November 24, 1942. By Chapter II of the Bremerton Zoning Ordinance (Non-conforming Uses) such structure and lot are considered non-conforming. Section 904 of the Ordinance states: That if a non-conforming structure is destroyed by fire (as in this case), recons- truction is allowed, provided that in the case of reconstruction the yard provisions of the district within which the use was located are complied with, and reconstruction occurs within one year from the time of destruction. :'11 _I .!
