INSPECTION - Reinforcing steel must be inspected after placing and before covering. FORMS shall be inspected
and approved before pouring. All plumbing, wiring and the frame of all buildings must be inspected and approved
before covering. Wood preservative to be used on all wood against masonry. Ventilate foundation and attic. Sepa-
rate permits required for plumbing, wiring and heating. See City Engineer before working on streets or sidewalks.

Description of property2102 North Callow
The south half of tract 15, block 1, Maple Garden Tracts,
according to plat recorded in volume 5 of Plats, page 13, in
Kitsap County, Washington;
TOGETHER with and SUBJECT to an easement for all ordinary purposes
for ingress and egress over an existing part of which is on the
north -side of said south half of tract 15 and part of which is on
thesotfth side of the north half of said tract 15.

Re Cap the basement floor with 2" of concrete
2.
Bring the Northwest cornor of floor down to grade
with the ~est of the floor.

Repair or'Replace floor beams and joists
4.
Replace beam posts that need to be replaced, and
treat all posts with wood life and raise the posts
to J.2" to I" above the floor.
5.
Relevel house.
6.
Raise the walls to 7'6" or more.

Remove the old roof and existing rafters and install
rite truss system on two foot centers. !
8.
The roof will.besheathed with~" CDX ply and three
ta~ composition shingles.
Interior work will~i~clude replAcing the kitchen
cabinets, installing 'new bathroom fixtures, and
carpeting the living room and dinning room floors.
The kitchen and bathroom will have sheet Vinyl or
Torginol.

Walls will be paneled or repaired with sheet rock.
Replace heating system-w~th Panel Electric Heat.

All electric outlets will be removed from the floor
and installed on the walls.
Exterior and Interior of the house will be repainted
Revamp Electrical System to city code.
