SUMMARY: The City entered into a Development Agreement with Northwest Corporate Campus,
LLC. L160-1 Kitsap, LLC has purchased the property subject to the Development Agreement and
desires to develop the property with residential units consistent with the current zoning of the
property. L 160-1 Kitsap, LLC, as successor in interest to the Development Agreement, is requesting
termination of the Development Agreement in order to develop the property consistent with its current
zonmg.
