SUMMARY: Staff is recommending that the City of Bremerton enter into a professional services
agreement with Arai Jackson Ellison Murakami LLP for architectur~nd engineering base services
for schematics, design development, construction documents, bi cling and site visits for the
construction of a new one story court building at lOth and Par at a cost not to exceed $87,500.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): xpenditure is provided for in the 2006 Public
Safety Bond Fund budget as requested to be am ded and increased by $500,000. The budget
amendment is part of the requested Council ac on on the purchase ofPSE property as the site for this
new court building.
