He wanted to know how much of the property is taken up by roads and if the density if computed on net rather than gross acreage. He stated that Commissioner Swanson had raised the issue that the County has approved lots of 8,000 square feet and he wants to know how many of these lots are 8,000. It would contain a provision for permanent care of the recreation areas. Ken Attebery stated the dedicated streets comprise about 6/10th of an acre leaving 2.9 acres undedicated. He stated that from his research he has determined that the density is calculated on the gross. There is no direct guidance in this area other than past procedure. He stated that the plan meets the requirements of the ordinance. The ordinance does not call for a play area that was done voluntarily. Owen Tripp, 3030 Pine Road asked hhe commissioners to honor the concerns of the neighborhood and deny this request.
