projecting sign at 620 N Callow (Trade R Cards) and determined that additional information

The Uniform Sign Code Section 406.3 requires that projecting signs set back from the curb

Because of the possibility of sight distance problems related to the
construction of the addition to the Northeasterly corner of the existing
building, there should be a prohibition against vehicle parking against
the north 'vall of the building any farther to the East than the East
wall of the existing building. That is, no parking along the North
wall of the proposed addition.
The parking lot should be marked in a manner In which indicates this
prohibition.
