at all is intolerable to this area.

Permit. Under discussion: Deputy Clerk read letter from David Knauer, dated
Aug. 17, 1978, which stated they will put in a circular driveway that will
allow for ingress and egress and cars will not have to back out onto Highland
Ave'. Commissioner Stewapt stated that this is a typical area in Bremerton and
he feels the City has to do something to upgrade these areas. Commissioner
Swanson complimented the Council on Youth for trying to find a solution to
the parking and traffic, but it is virtually impossible to locate their
facility in this area. Mayor Jarstad discussed the need for counseling
services in the City and stated the decision made today is based on the
adequacy of the facilities. Motion carried unanimously.
(B) 510 HASELWOOD REZONE

sure Mr. SkirvinR is in favor of vacation. He stated they have used this as
an overflow parking lot for the last few years and he would go for a barricade

dangerous. Commissioner Stewart asked if Mr. Haselwood planned to pave the
lot and Mr. Haselwood stated.h~ had not intended to'pave at the present time.
