Amended Motion by Mayor Jarstad and Commissioner Swanson to approve rezone subject to its utilization as a designated parking lot. Under discussion: Bob Stewart, 203 Lebo, stated he felt an easier solution would be to restrict it to the financial organization's use; that this would preclude their having to come back at a later date for an amendment- Mayor Jarstad asked if they planned to expand without additional property and Mr. Cooper stated he did not think so. Mayor Jarstad stated that it could all be handled at the time when they applied for a rezone on the additional property- Motion carried.
