proposed fezone and gave four points he wished to point out: (1) This is a
professional type of building use and it will not generate a great deal of
traffic; (2) that side of Wheaton Way has lost its value for any kind of
residential property; (S) the need for office is space in East Bremcrton is
very apparent and this would contribute toward alleviating this shortage; and
(4) City reports indicate that water supply and fire hydrants are adequate
and sanitary sewers are available approximately 175 ft. east of proposed

is consistent with traffic.

pieces of property and they have no desire to acquire this property. tie

that is completely surrounded by schoo] property. He stabcd if a covenanb
