An open meeting of the Commissioners of the City of Bremerton was held
in the Mayor's office, City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton at 2 PoM.
for the purpose of discussing and possibly reaching a decision in
connection with Navy Yard City Sewer District Number One.
Present at the meeting were the following: Mayor Jarstad, Commissioner
Stewart, Assistant City Attorney McCluskey, Sewer District Commissioners
Milton H. Blake, Dick Chichester, James Hood, and their attorney, Bob
Crucker. Commissioner Schoneman was absent due to attendance at a
National Congress of Public Works International.
A long discussion was held and at 4:25 P.M. the City Clerk was called
into the meeting at which time the following motion was made:
Motion by Mayor Jarstad and Commissioner Stewart to approve the contract
as has been presented to the parties present and authorize the Ma$or
and City Clerk to sign the agreement for the City, Carried.
Meeting adjourned at 4:27 P.M.
