December 31, 1985
The regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was
held in the City Council Chsrabers, 239 4th Street, Bremerton, Washington,
Wednesday, December 31, 1985, at 10:30 a.m. with Council President Art
Anderson presiding. Present were Councilmen E.L.Sturdivant, Phil Drouin,
Clyde Pachek, Bill ~no, Spencer Horning. Also present were Mayor M~rrie
Dawkins, City Attorney Bill Broughton and City Clerk Kathleen McCluskey.
Absent were Councilmen Roy Mosely, Jim Adrian and Russ Johnson.
The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance, led by Council
President Anderson with Councilman Drouin giving the Invocation.

· M/S/C/U/(~zno/Pachek) to pass Ordinance #4009, second reading, setting
forth the salary benefits for the City Council of the City'of Bremerton.
With no further business, meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m. for the "Oath
of Office" ceremony.
