SUMMARY: Purchse and Sale Agreement between the Department of the Navy and the City of
Bremerton transferring Bremerton Harborside Park property to the City along with related
consideration, Bldg. 50 (museum) transfer, easements for BCT Ingress and Egress, and Memorial
Plaza lease.
ATTACHMEN.TS: Real Estate Purchas~ and Sale Agreement, Quit Claim Deeds "A", '!B" and "C",
General Purpose Outlease (Exhibit D), Temporary Grant of Easement (Exhibit F) and Grant of
Easement (Exhibit "F").
FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Demolition work on Pacific with Credit of
$388,000 incidental to BCT Access and Memorial Plaza improvements, Building 371 Demolition
worth $245,000 funded through Bremerton Harborside Project, Credit for prior design worth
$117,000 previously paid by Kitsap Transit.
