SUMMARY: Sealed bids for' construction of the project titled "Anderson Creek Wellfield
Improvements, Pump Station 2 Upgrade" were opened on December 14,2005. The engineer's
estimate for construction of the project is $ 470,000. Six bids were received for this project. Stan
Palmer Construction was the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a),id of $459,921.00
(including sales tax). .

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is partially 'funded by a DWSRF loan
at $1,035,700. The 2006 budget for this project is $600,000. ' .

the necessary contract documents for construction.
