SUMMARY: Ordinance No. 49,56 adopte4 new assessments, rates, fees and charges for municipal
water, wastewater, and stormwater serVice. The Retail Wastewater Service Rates in, Ordinance No.
4956 did not incorporate the increases 'as intended: The proposed ordinance amends Ordinance No.
4956 to establish the increase 'as intended.
