Move to approve extension of closing on the sale of old Fire Station #1 to no later than January
6, 2006 and that the mterfund lo~n between the ERR Fund and the Public Safety Bond be
authorized to rem am ou,tstandmg until no later than January 2, 2006 and that the 2006 budget
shall be amended to provide for the receipt of these funds and the repayment ~fthe mterfund
loan accordmgly m 2006.
