SUMMARy. ThIS project WIll construct apprmnmately 1,325-feet of new 12-mch water
transmIssIon mam from Pump StatIon 4 to Umon Avenue T~e work was ongmally advertIsed for
bIds, however, no bIds were receIved Staffs subsequently ~entered mto negotIattons wIth two
contractors, and have successfully negottated a contract WIth Lydel"ConstructIon for constructIOn of
the work The negottated cost of the contract IS $173,412 78 (mcludmg sales tax)
