SUMMARY The CIty has been awarded a $200,000 PublIc Works Trust Fund Loan to partIally
fund desIgn of the upgrade to'the Wastewater Treatment Plant The upgrade Will ,provIde for
redundancy of several processes at the plant, and WIll addItIonally address relIabIlIty concerns With
