A RESOLUTION of the CIty Council of the CIty of
Bremerton, Washington, approving the Waterside Lane Fmal Plat
and Planned Unit Development (FIle No BP05-00060)
WHEREAS, on August 18,2004, the CIty CounCIl passed ResolutIOn No 2938

grantmg prelImmary approval to the WatersIde Lane (25 & Wycoff) to dIvIde 2 48 acres mto 22
lots, and
WHEREAS, all condItIOns set forth m the prelImmary approval have been met
and final plat and planned umt approval IS requested, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMER'fON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1 The final plat for WatersIde Lane IS hereby approved

SECTION 2 The CIty CouncIl PresIdent IS hereby authorIzed to SIgn the Mylar
SECTION 3 Severabllztv If anyone or more sectIOns, subsectIOns, or sentence
of thIS ResolutIOn are held to be unconstitutIOnal or mvalId, such deCISIOn shall not affect the
valIdIty of the remammg portIOn of thIS ResolutIOn and the same shalI remam m full force and
effect
SECTION 4 Effectlve Date ThIS ResolutIOn shall take effect and be m force
