Bill Parker, City Engineer, stated the corner property at Shorewood (657) Drive was the most important of all the land involved in this request, and that both Mr. Lindsey and Mr. Mathwig were present at the hearing. Mr. Gary Lindsey, stated they would like to make a trade of land with the Council. They would trade a strip along Shorewood Drive for a strip on Kitsap Way, and the balance of the difference of land, approximately 300 sq. ft. would be bought from the City at the fair market value of $7.76 per foot or a cost of approximately $2367.00.
