SUMMARY: Ordinance 4936 created BMC Chapter 2.32 as the Gold Mountain Golf Complex
Board of Directors. Ordinance 4940 created BMC Chapter 2.32 as the Arts Commission. The
proposed ordinance recodifies BMC Chapter 2.32, Gold Mountain Golf Complex Board of Directors
as BMC Chapter 2.34 in order to correct the duplicative numbering.
