SUMMARY: Call-For-Bids was prepared, advertised, distributed and received in accordance with
City Bid Procedures. Four (4) bids were received. The low bidder is Alpenglow Construction
Services, Inc. Bremerton, Washington in the amount of $25, 521.00 for the entire roof surface
restoration of the Operations Shop Building located at 3029 Olympus Drive.
