RE: Professional Surveying Services Proposal for Proposed Police Station
Bremerton, Washington
Dear Gary:
We appreciate this opportunity to present our professional services proposal for providing the boundary
and topographic survey for your proposed police station, located in Bremerton, Washington. The
following outline describes the service we will provide, with a fixed fee budget.
Preparation of Boundary and Topographic Survey, including completing the survey in
accordance with the City of Bremerton required vertical and horizontal datums. The fee to
complete this survey will be $6.800, with an estimated time of completion of 1 month from
written notice to proceed. A current title report and copies of all Special Exceptions must be
received by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc., to be used for preparation of the boundary
and topographic survey. Item 4 of the topographic survey requirements require that underground
utilities be located vertically. This is not included in this proposal (except storm and sewer
utilities) but can be completed during design drawing preparation and when a contractor is on-site
and can complete potholing needs.
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
All reimbursable expenses will be in addition to the proposed contract fees and will be itemized each
mon~h and bil~ed as outlined on our St~dard Inv~icing Procedures Fee Schedule. AdtIlil1i:sl~dti.G 3~ )0
