SUMMARY: Walker Macy will provide design development documents for the lower Bremerton
Harborside Park and will coordinate with project design teams and the construction contractor in
developing a 100% Design Development Submittal and technical specifications adequate and
reasonable for the General Contractor to construct all aspects of the Bremerton Harborside Park.
Some aspects included in the Scope of work: Site/Materials Plan, Grading Plan, Planting Plan,
Irrigation Plan and others.
ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement and Attachment A "Scope of Work"

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the P ofussional Services Agreement with Walker
Macy for Landscape Architecture & Urban Design Planning for the lower Harborside Park plus
associated work as described in the Professional Services Agreement and authorize the Mayor to
execute the agreement in substantially the same form as presented.
