PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is a partial replacement of a building which was completely destroyed by fire in May 1974. The original structure was. a two...story building covering the area along the west side of Pacific Ave." from Burwell St. to the alley between Burwell and 4th Street. The intersection of Burwell and Pacific has the second highest volume of pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the City of Brel1'erton. The highest is 4th and Pacific one block away.
