GRANT OF EASEMENT
THE GRANTORS, LOUIS and PAULETTE MENTOR, husband and wife, and ROGER
and CLAUDIA COYLE, husband and wife, are the owners as tenants in common and hereby
grant and convey to themselves their heirs, successors and assigns a non-exclusive easement
which shall run with the land and which is described as follows:
That portion of Lot 7, Block 2, Brentwood Park, according to plat recorded in Volume
5 of Plats, page 6 in Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence east along the north line thereof
242 feet to the northeast corner of tracts sold to Pearl E. Potter and Daisy L Potter, by
deed recorded October 29, 1956, under Auditor's File No. 649523, the true point of
beginning; thence due south along the east line of Potter tract 47 feet; thence
southeasterly in a straight line to a point on the south line of said Lot 7, 158 feet from
the southeast corner thereof; thence easterly 108 feet along said south line; thence
northerly along a line parallel with the easterly line of said lot to the north line thereof;
thence westerly along the north line thereof to the true point of beginning; except the
easterly 60 feet thereof (measured at right angles) and except the south 30 feet for
county road.
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
The Grantors hereby grant, convey, and warrant a ten foot easement for ingress and
egress over, across, under and through the above-described property, the exact location of said
easement to be determined by Grantors subsequent to the granting of this easement and which

NOTICE OF PERMIT REGUlATIONS
This permit shall become null and void if the building or work authorized by this permit is not commenced
within 180 days from the date of such pernll4 or if this building or work authorized by such permit is
suspended or abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a peri~ of 180 days.
NOTI~ - It is the responsibility of the permit holder, not the City of Bremerton or Building Official to see
to it that the required inspections are made. Thepermit holder must notify the Building Official when ready
for the inspections. Failure of the permit holder to notify the Building Official of required inspections may
result in the stoppage of the work until such time that the permit holder can substantiate to the building
official that the concealed work meets or exceeds code requirements. Any demolition, testing, or financial
burden shall be borne directly by the permit holder. Failure to substantiate code requirements will inde~
the City against any and all responsibility or liability connected with the construction.
I hereby certify that I have read and ex.a.mined this permit and know the same to be true and correct. All
provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of work will be complied with whether specified herein
or not. The granting of a permit dbes not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any
other state or lccallaw regulating construction or the performance of construction.
