SUMMARY: Emergency Management started the process to review and update this interlocal
agreement in October of 2004. The first step was to have the Civil Division of the County's
Prosecutor's Office, perform a thorough review of this document. During the initial review, all
"housekeeping updates occurred" which brought the Interlocal Agreement to current laws. The next
step was to send the Interlocal Agreement to each Ciy's point of contact for emergency management
and attorney review. The Cities reviews occurred during the months of December through April. After
receiving comments from the cities, revisions were made based on those comments.
