SUMMARY: Call-For-Bids was prepared, advertised, distributed and received in accordance with
City Bid Procedures. Five (5) bids were received. The low bidder is TGW Inc. dba Excel
Construction, Poulsbo, Washington in the amount of$103,035.33 for the interior finishing of the
second floor of the Public Works and Utilities Oyster Bay shops building.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $120,000 budgeted in fund 401 Capital
Improvement Program.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the City Council approve the low bid ofYT'GW Inc. dba Excel
Construction and authorize the Mayor to execute the contract for the completion of the Public Works
and Utilities Building, Second Floor, Phase III (Final), subject to City Adiministrative Policies and
Procedures.
