Enclosed you will find copies of the bill of sale and the original documents provided to us by E.C. Pagel at the time of purchase in 1965. These documents indicate that there were 10 occupied apartments at the date of purchase. We owned and operated the complex from 1965 to 1991 during which time we merged two of the smaller apartments into one. All nine apartments were either occupied or for rent while we operated this property. Over the last 7 years we have lost touch with the past managers of 828 Broadway. Blanche Coreson was the last manager to work 828 for us. Her address at the time was the apartment's address. We know of no forwarding address. I hope that this information proves useful to you.
