SUMMARY KCR/AmeriCorp manages the City of Bremerton's Community Service Work
Program. Defendants convicted in the Bremerton Municipal Court are directed to the Community
Service Work program (CSW) to provide a specified numbers of hours oflabor for the City in lieu of
jail or fines.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds will be budgeted in the 2006,2007 and
2008 budgets for the Municipal Court to fulfill the terms of the contract.
