SUMMARY: In March of2005, a desk audit of the Office Assistant II position for Public Works &
Utilities Administration was requested to determine whether that position should be reclassified. The
request was based on the work done for both the City and the Department's Web Sites. The result of
the audit agreed that the position should be reclassified to a "Web Support Specialist" with an increase
in pay grade from band 6 to band 10.
ATTACHMENTS: Copy of Desk Audit results
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None - increase in pay will be absorbed by
current funding. No additional funding adjustment is required.
