SUMMARY: Call-For-Bids was prepared, advertised, distributed and received in accordance with
City Bid Procedures. Two (2) bids were received. The low bidder is Advanced Door Service, Inc.
Bremerton, Washington. The City of Bremerton uses this company for garage door services and
maintenance at its facilities and this company has proven to be a responsible, reliable and cooperative
company. This project is in the 2005 budget for General Facilities and is listed in the CIP.

Service, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to execute the contract for the Fire Station Apparatus Bay Door
Replacements, subject to City Adiministrative Policies and Procedures.
