SUMMARY: The City received two proposals to purchase Fire Station 1. The City accepted the
proposal from the Port ofBremerton, however the Port of Bremerton has withdrawn its proposal. The
other proposal was from Lex Diamond Company for locating a restaurant.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the sale of Fire Station 1 to Elie Benaron aka Lex Diamond Company in the
amount of $350,000 under the condition that the bidder accepts in five business days and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute all documents necessary in order to close the
transaction.
