SUMMARY: A three to five year consolidated plan is required of each primary jurisdiction
receiving funds for local activities from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The
City of Bremerton receives funding directly from HUD for Community Development Block Grant
funds and from Kitsap County as a consortium member for HOME funds. Annual allocations total
approximately $500,000 from each source.
