SUMMARY: The Kitsap Consolidated Housing Authority is presently constructing the Harborside
Condominiums on the waterfront in Bremerton. There are four sewer easements across the
development site. These sewers have not been used in many years and have been replaced by another
pressure sewer in another location. It is proposed that the City release these sewer easements so the
titles may be cleared for the development and sale of the condominiums. These easements are
recorded in the Kitsap County Assesor's Office as A.F. 476932, A.F.48702, A.F.488933, and
A.F.988702

FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): No impact. The sewer easements were replaced
several years ago by another pressure sewer.
