The lanes are now open, but it may be awhile before the backups are cleared. She urged people to limit their driving for the next few hours, and apologized for any inconveniences due to the construction. LEGISLATIVE REPORT - No report this evening. PUBLIC RECOGNITION Michael Howell asked if funding was available for more curbed-cut corners. Mayor Horton responded that the City does have a "curb-cut" program, which is predominantly funded by CDBG funds, and there is also a Disability Action Committee that reviews access issues, as well as assisting with prioritizing requests to best maximize the dollars available. The Mayor also informed Mr. Howell that she would inform him of any upcoming meetings with the Disability Action Committee. Gordy Byrd asked the status of the Sinclair Landing issue.
