Motion by Foss and Calklns to adopt Eeport of Co~ittee and instruct street sup't.

H~alth and Sanitation co~mlttee reported that they had inspected the wharf waiti~g
and retlrimg rooms and recommended that a man be hired to clean up and pump out pon-
toons when necessary at a monthly wage of $~0.

Ordinance ao~,?lttee reported that the draft of Pl~bi~g ordinance had been misplaced
a~d no one seemefl able to trace its whe~,eab0utS, and that printer was holding compos-
ition of Building Code, and sa~,~e should be printed without further delay, there helng
no objection Clerk was i~astructed to notify printer to proceed with order.

Whereas, The City Council has heretofore credited to Local Improvement
District No.8] the sum of $8S$.00. including interest,and have issued Local
Improvement Warrants therefor, NOW THEREFORE, be it Resolved, that said su~,~
~ be charged by the City Treasurer to the City of Bremerto~s Indebtedness Fund,
and that a warrant be issued against said fund in the sum of $85S.00,a~d used by
tbs City Treasure, r in redeeming ant1 paying off said warrants in said Local Impro-
vement District ~o.8]~, t~ the amount of ~!6SS,00 including interest.
