City ~h~gineer sub~itted estimate and plans for sewer on Ninth Street between
Pacific and i~ark a~d on Cogean near Ninth. Motion by Crawford ~nd Powers to

Attorney reported progress in negotiation re purchase of Electric Light and
Water plants.
