The Oity Atterney stated that the meeting had been called te hear the repert ef the ?ublic Utilities cemmittee en the questien ef acquiring the eld wharf at the feet ef ~ecend Street. Oemmittee reported that the Bremers were willing te sell the right ef way ever their :ands tegether with the buildings And ether heldings at the feet ef Secen~ street fer ;he sum ef $7250. and t, be all~wed $1. damages en each side ef street.
