SUMMARY: Staff is recommending that the City of Bremerton enter into a professional services
agreement with the Portico Group for completion of concept design work for the Maritime Park and
Memorial Pla?a including: Phase 1) Completion of concept renderings and master plan; and Phase II
(contingent on City approval of concept design) Completion of construction documents, plans,
specifications and bid documents. Compensation for Phase I shall not exceed $34,209 and Phase II
shall not exceed $195,000.
