SUMMARY: The City is initiating ~th~ vacation of ~tl~ northerly portion of the alley bounded by
Naval Averme, Olympic Av~e, 11 Street, and 10 Street. This fight-of-way vacatioo would
eliminate an eut~u~e onto a busy urban arterial and improve traffic and pedestrian safety. This is a
Class H ri4~t-of-way and compe~-n_ fion is not required in accordance with BMC 11.20.080. The
recommended action is to set a public hearing date of February 11, 2004 for thi.~ proposed
