SUMMARY: The Department of Public Works and Utilities desires to specify a particular
decorative streetlight for the downtown phase of the SR 304 Transportation Improvement Project. In
addition, the Department desires that this streetlight be adopted as the standard for development and
redevelopment projects in the Downtown Waterfront (DW) and Downtown Core (DC) zoning
districts. A single standard will ensure that decorative streetlights in these districts are consistent in
design, fimction and aesthetics.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Project streetlight expenditures for the SR 304
