SUMMARY: Staff is entering into a new contract with Go lden Globe Janitorial Services for two (2)
years from 1-1-04 to 1-1-06 to allow for completion ofcurrem construction of City facilities,
relocation and surplus of vacated buildings. This work has been performed by Golden Globe
Janitorial for the last nine (9) years. Compensation is $97,065. annually. This is the same rate the
City has paid for the last two (2) years.
