SUMMARY: A SPECIAL MEETING to hold a 20-minute EXECUTIVE SESSION was held on
Tuesday, February 3, 2004, immediately following the Fiscal & Budget and Operations Committee
meeting to discuss and take action on "POTENTIAL LITIGATION" per R.C.W. Chapter 42.30.110
(1) (i). The EXECUTIVE SESSION was not open to the public; however, the vote by the Council
was taken in open session.
