SUMMARY: When the current provisions of BMC 21.02.152 were adopted a year ago, they
unintentionally created nonconforming uses out of existing land-uses in the Downtown Waterfront
(DW) and Downtown Core (DC) zoning districts because of off-street parking requirements. The
proposed ordinance amends BMC 21.02.152 to exempt existing structures from off-street and
landscaping requirements.
