SUMMARY: Staff is proposing an amendment to the job description for the Director of Public
Works and Utilities relating to eligibility requirements. BMC 2.05.020 requires City Council
approval of the job description prior to Council confirmation of a department director's appointment.
This job description is being submitted prior to appointment because of the suggested changes.
