SUMMARY: The City requires assistance in implementation of the public safety measures approved
by the public. The Director of Economic Development has negotiated a professional services
agreement with Sampley Consulting to perform project oversight and coordination of project
administration, oversight and coordination for design and construction of the Public Safety Building
and new Fire Station No. 1 and provide other assistance as request by the City. It is recommended that
City Council approve the attached PSA with Sampley Consulting in an amount not to exceed $80,000.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds are provided in the capital project budgets
for these services.
